Sample audio output from a 78 RPM record

A gem of a bhajan by Shri KC Dey taken from a 78 RPM record, this was originally recorded way back in 1930s, we have tried to remove the unwanted hisses which sometimes make a song in a 78 RPM record so difficult to listen to, also we have tried to enhance the audio quality on the whole.

Evolution of our work

When we came into this business in 2009, the most well known digital storage media used to be CDs and the first choice of all music connoisseurs after original Gramophone records used to be Audio CDs. As many of my publicities in the initial years nicely covered, we used to make a CD cover as a replica of the LP that we digitize to add more nostalgic flavors to it. Slowly after 2014 when pen drives started becoming cheaper, demand for recordings in pen drives increased and since there were no question of cover page design and CD burning, we were able to give an economical rate compared to CDs to our esteemed customers although real connoisseurs still preferred CDs to pen drives because of the difference of the audio qualities, post 2016, when it was becoming increasingly difficult for us to get good quality Sony/Moser Baer CDs, we discontinued CDs altogether and now we give the recordings only in Pen Drives to be given by our customers. From 2015, we started accepting raw digitized files from customers where we offer only the remastering services at much cheaper rates. The details of the tracks have to be given by our customers so that we can break the raw recordings into relevant tracks with their names and enhance the audio qualities alongwith noise reduction on the whole.

PRICE LISTS W.E.F 1st JAN 2023

Please find below our price lists for the types of services mostly demanded by our customers since the beginning

Audio Cassettes : There are 3 slabs: Audio Cassette with total duration upto 40 minutes will be Rs 250, those above 40 minutes and within 60 minutes will be Rs 300 (C60 cassettes come under this category) and anything above will be Rs 400 ( C90 cassettes come in this category)

Long Playing Records: the charges will be Rs 350 for a total duration of 45 minutes recording ( most Indian LPs come under this category) and Rs 450 for above 45 minutes ( the Western LPs come mostly in this category)

78 RPM records of duration 3 minutes/side will be Rs 120 ( both sides) and those of duration 4 minutes/side will be Rs 150 (both sides)

Audio CDs: Since last few years, CDs are becoming redundant with every passing day and it is becoming increasingly difficult to have a working Audio CD system. Under the circumstances, most people are transferring the Audio CDs contents to Pen Drives for the ease of playing. Off late we have started undertaking this service too for a nominal amount of Rs 150 per Cd (Drives have to be provided by our customer)

Besides the above categories there are other categories too that have less demand like EP records etc and only remastering work, bulk discounts etc that will be available on request.
